HOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 can chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs, browned

Mix all ingredients together, put in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour or longer uncovered at 350 degrees.
