MILLIONAIRE'S CAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. 1 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Cream together. Spread on crust. Blend: 3 c. milk

Any flavor of pudding may be used, chocolate or butterscotch or lemon.

Pour 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
