CHEESECAKE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. well crushed graham crackers
1 c. flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and mix well. Press into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake for 12 minutes.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Cream together cheese and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Pour over baked crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into small squares. These bars freeze well.
