CRUST:

5 tbsp. butter, room temperature
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together well. Mixture will be crumbly. Pat 1 1/4 cup of mixture on bottom of 9" pan. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
