CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 hen or 4-6 chicken breasts, boiled
2 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8-12 oz. sour cream (to taste)
1 pkg. spaghetti (cooked)
Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 sticks butter (melted)
Poppy seed (to taste - optional)

Debone and chop up chicken, reserving 2 cups broth. Mix in bowl chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and spaghetti. After thoroughly mixed, add chicken. Pour in casserole dish.

Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top; drizzle butter over crackers and sprinkle poppy seed on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
