PUFFED TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
Lg. onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
butter
Flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar
Sour cream

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and peppers - cook until tender. Add tomatoes, seasonings and olives. Simmer uncovered 1 hour or until thickened. Fry each tortilla in 1 or 2 pats butter until lightly brown and puffing slightly. Keep tortilla until ready to serve. DO NOT cover. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
