RAISIN PUDDING PIE | |
1 c. SunMaid seedless raisins 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (6 serving size) 2 c. milk 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. Cool Whip 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell, cooled Pour boiling water over raisins to cover and let stand 5 minutes. Drain well. Prepare pie filling mix using 2 cups milk. Chill thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping, lemon juice, cinnamon, raisins. Spoon into pie shell. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with nuts, if desired. |
