FROZEN JAM 
1 3/4 lb. strawberries
2 lbs. 10 oz. sugar
1 pkg. pectin
1 c. cold water

Mash berries and add sugar. Let sugar dissolve. Bring pectin and water to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil hard for one minute. Cool thoroughly and add to berries and sugar. Let stand 24 hours before freezing.
