FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries to make 20 to 24 oz.
3 to 3 1/2 c. sugar depending on amt. of berries
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
3/4 c. water

In a large bowl thaw berries and mash well. Add sugar to dissolve and let stand about an hour, stirring occasionally. Mix pectin with water. Boil one minute, stir constantly. Add pectin to bowl of berries. Stir well for 3 minutes. Fill about 5 (10 ounce) sterilized jelly glasses. Seal with melted paraffin and let stand 24 hours. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes five 10 ounce jelly glasses.
