PUMPKIN MOLASSES PIE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. pumpkin, cooked or canned
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pastry shell

Mix flour, salt, spices can sugar. Add rest of ingredients and blend well. Turn into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm. Serve with mounds of sweetened whipped cream.
