2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard
1 c. butter
1 c. molasses
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
6+ c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Mix; chill overnight. Drop by tablespoon in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 6-8 dozen.
