1 c. applesauce
1 cube butter
1/2 c. molasses
1 tbsp. sweetener
2 eggs
2 c. oat flour (whirl quick oatmeal in blender)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Nuts or raisins if desired

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
