12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
9 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour over cereal. While still hot, put into bag with powdered sugar and shake. Spread onto paper towels to dry.
