MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 pan greased with butter. Bake for 45 minutes. Frost while hot.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all together and blend until smooth.
