PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SALAD 
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (drain)
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks (drain)
2 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange Jello
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. coconut

Combine oranges, pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped topping and vanilla in a large bowl. Sprinkle Jello over and mix well. Pour into 13x9 inch dish. Combine pecans and coconut. Sprinkle over salad. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
