CREAMY ORANGE-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 carrot, grated very fine

Makes 1 average ring mold.

Drain pineapple, save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Heat to boil. Add boiling liquid to Jello and cream cheese. Beat with beater until smooth (sometimes curdles). Cool. Stir once in a while.
