CHILI CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening

Combine 1 unbeaten egg with 1/3 cup Pet milk; add dry ingredients. Knead 10 times. Roll out to 12 inch square. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Cut into biscuits; place on top of casserole and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
