MEXICAN CORN DISH | |
2 c. water 2/3 c. grits (instant) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1 can cream corn 1 can kernel corn 1 can chopped chiles 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Bring salt and water to boil; add grits and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. |
