1 lb. ground meat 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 lg. onion 1 lg. can Ranch style beans Corn tortillas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies Brown meat, adding chili powder and onion and beans, drained. Line baking dish with corn tortillas. Put in meat mixture, then other layer of tortillas. Spread soup on and then a layer of sliced cheese. Pour Rotel tomatoes on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
