1 pkg. English muffins
2 lg. cans Del Monte sauce
1 stick pepperoni, thin sliced
1 sm. shredded Mozzarella oregano, basil
2 cans water

In medium pot, simmer Del Monte sauce, water, oregano, basil (season to taste) for 1/2 hour.

On muffin put Mozzarella, pepperoni, cover with sauce, then quarter the muffin. Put on cookie sheet (greased). Do same for each muffin (can eliminate pepperoni). When cookie sheet if full bake at 350 degrees, approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
