CHICAGO HOT SAUCE 
2 gallons tomatoes, chopped
4 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. chopped hot peppers
2 c. chopped celery
1 qt. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white mustard seed

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator. Do not seal as it will not be the same if it's cooked and sealed. Just cover and keep it in the refrigerator instead.
