BEEF STROGANOFF 
Approx. 2 lb. meat
1 pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom soup
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1-2 pkg. noodles
24 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs

Begin to prepare your noodles first that way when your meatballs are ready your noodles will be ready at the same time. (Prepare as you normally do.)

In a bowl mix: Hamburger meat, 1 package of Lipton onion-mushroom soup, 1 egg and 1 cup of bread crumbs. After that is mixed, roll the meat into small meatballs. (I use an electric skillet because it cooks faster, but you do not have to.) Brown your meatballs.

After they are browned, you may want to get some of the excess grease out of your skillet or frying pan, mix in the 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup. After mixed stir in 24 ounce sour cream. Make hot to your desire.
