PINEAPPLE HAMBURGER 
1 slice bread
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. size can pineapple tidbits, with syrup
1 green pepper, sliced
Several sliced onion rings

Wet bread with water; mix with meat. Shape into meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Prepare sauce by combining catsup, vinegar, salt, pepper and pineapple syrup. When meatballs are baked, pour on sauce. Add green pepper, onion rings and pineapple. Bake 25-30 minutes longer.
