BRAN 'N BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 egg
1 1/4 c. bran flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

In large bowl, beat egg until foamy. Stir in milk, bran flakes, salt, pepper and paprika. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Add ground beef (3/4 pounds). Shape into 20 (1 1/2") meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Drain off fat.

1/2 med. size onion, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 beef bouillon cube
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Buttered noodles (to serve 4)
Chopped parsley or paprika

In large frying pan, cook onions in butter until tender, stir in water, mushrooms and bouillon cube. Simmer, stirring frequently. Add meatballs, cover, cook 15 minutes.

Stir soup and sour cream together. Just before serving, pour over meatballs, stirring gently. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika.
