BEEF BALLS HEIDELBURG 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) can potatoes

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 18 meatballs. Melt Crisco in fry pan. Brown meatballs. Pour off grease. Add sauerkraut and potatoes. Warm through. Serves 4.
