OVEN - FRIED HERBED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, halved
1 c. crumbled herb seasoned croutons
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh or 2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. butter, melted
Garlic powder to taste

Combine croutons, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder in mixing bowl, mix thoroughly. Dip chicken first in melted butter, then in crumb mixture to coat well.

Place in buttered shallow baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Do not turn. Serves 4-6.
