2 1/2 to 3 12 lb. broiler

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in rectangular pan 13x9x2 in oven until melted.

Mix:

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Coat chicken with mixture. Place skin side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn. Bake until done-15 minutes.
