OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
Cut up 1 (2 1/2 to 3) pound ready to cook broiler-fryer chicken. Dip pieces in 1/2 cup melted butter; roll in mixture of 2 cups crushed potato chips (or 2 cups crushed barbecue chips or crushed cornflakes or 3 cups crisp rice cereal crushed) 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and dash of pepper. Place pieces, skin side up, not touching, in greased large shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done. Do not turn. Makes 4 serving.

CHICKEN PARMESAN:

Prepare oven fried chicken except roll pieces in mixture of 1 cup packages herb seasoned stuffing mix 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup snipped parsley. Serves 4.
