2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil or 2 sticks butter
2 eggs
4 c. diced apples

Mix and bake in 9x13 cake pan, 350 degrees, 45 minutes. You can add raisins and nuts if you wish. No icing. Serve with whipped cream.
