2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn oil (Wesson)
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped fine
1 can coconut (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in Bundt or tube pan 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/2 stick butter

Boil 1 1/2 minutes put on cake and glaze.
