NOODLE PIZZA 
8 oz. Penna Dutch brand fine egg noodles
3 eggs
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
Suggested Toppings:
Green peppers, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked bulk sausage or ground beef

Cook noodles according to package directions. In large bowl combine noodles, eggs, cheese and salt.

Press mixture evenly into greased 12 inch pizza pan (I use a cookie sheet.) Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned. Spoon pizza sauce onto noodles crust. Top with suggested pizza toppings and if desired oregano. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
