PULL-APART (TWO) COFFEE CAKES 
2 c. milk, scald and cool
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
Extra butter, melted
Cinnamon and sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
6 c. flour
Raisins and pecans, chopped

Mix up into dough all ingredients except extra butter, cinnamon and sugar mixture, raisins and pecans. Let rise to double, divide dough in halves. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Into a greased tube pan, line outer edges with biscuit dipped in melted butter and then into cinnamon sugar mixture. Sprinkle raisins and pecans on (or roll the raisins and pecans into dough first). Stack inside biscuits like Dominos, around the tube. Let rise and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
