SCHOOL BREAD 
4 cakes yeast
1 qt. plus 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. dry milk
1 c. melted shortening
4 eggs, beaten
Flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add all other ingredients. Knead in enough flour to make stiff dough. Cover with bowl and let rest 30 minutes. Make into rolls or cinnamon rolls.
