SCHOOL CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
4 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar

Crumble together. Set aside 1/3 of this mixture (2 1/2 cups). 2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 c. raisins

Add to the 2/3 portion of above mixture. 2 tsp. baking soda

Combine and add to above mixture gradually. Pour into large cake pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 crumbled mixture and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
