BLUEBERRY PIE 
2/3 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. butter
2 c. blueberries

Boil first 5 ingredients until thick, mashing berries against side of pan until it thickens.

Add lemon juice, butter and blueberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
