SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed 1/3 c. grated cheese 2 c. noodles, cooked, drained 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, seasonings; simmer 5 minutes. Saute green pepper in butter. Add cream cheese and milk, stir until cream cheese melts. Stir in grated cheese, salt, add mixtures. In 6x10 inch baking dish, arrange alternate crosswise rows of meat mix and cooked noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
