TERIYAKI ORANGE ROUGHY 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. orange roughy

Combine all ingredients in baking dish. Stir until blended. Add fish. Coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, after draining off marinade.
