HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 pt. French vanilla ice cream
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

Combine all ingredients and freeze.

TO MIX:

1 1/2 jiggers rum
2 tbsp. ice cream mixture

Put into a mug and fill with boiling water. Stir and serve. Mixture will keep for months in the freezer (if it lasts that long).
