CHUNKY SOUP 
2 onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 potatoes, pared and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth

In saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions, saute 2 minutes or until onions are tender. Add broth, parsley and pepper to pot: Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and simmer 7 minutes. Add chicken and simmer 8 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are tender. Stir in corn. Heat through.
