1 can peach pie filling
any colorful fruit you have on hand

I like:

mandarin oranges, drained
pineapple chunks, drained
maraschino cherries, drained
green grapes
sliced bananas
nuts (optional)

Mix together and serve. The pie filling has a nice glaze that keeps many fruits from turning brown.
