PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. Gold Medal Flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon (heaping)
4 eggs
1 c. Puritan or Crisco oil
1 c. pumpkin (solid)
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water

Mix all ingredients then grease and flour loaf pans or coffee cans. Fill 3/4 with batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick after cans cool cover with plastic lid. Freeze or wrap for gifts.
