RED BEANS AND SAUSAGE | |
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 2 (16 oz.) can red beans 2 lg. green peppers 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chili sauce 4 tbsp. apple jelly Cook sausage in water until firm. Roll and slice in 1/2 inch slices. Mix beans and sausage. Heat chili sauce and apple jelly in a saucepan until jelly melts. Stir into beans and spices. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
