FRUIT BRULEE 
1 banana
1 mandarin orange
1 pear
1/2 pineapple
1 pt. strawberries
1 c. grapes
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. orange juice including 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. brandy, optional
1 c. cream

Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the fruit. Makes 4-6 servings.
