FROSTED TRIPLE ORANGE SQUARES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
1 c. whipping cream
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. milk

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in orange juice concentrate until thawed. Stir in undrained pineapple. Chill until partially set (put in freezer until thickened). Drain juice from one can mandarin oranges and fold in the oranges. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or dish. Chill until almost firm.

TOPPING:

Beat whipping cream to frost peak. Set aside. Beat pudding mix in milk with rotary beater (or with spoon) until smooth. Fold in whipped cream into lemon pudding. Spread over gelatin. Chill 5 to 6 hours or overnight until firm. Drain other can of mandarin oranges. Place on top in clusters of three.
