CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped raw cranberries

Sift dry ingredients together. To juice and grated rind of orange, add boiling water to make 3/4 cup of liquid. Add oil and egg. Mix with dry ingredients. Add nuts and cranberries. Bake in greased bread pan in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour.
