CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
1 can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped

Heat sugar and water to boiling. Stir in cranberries and cinnamon. Put lid on and cook for 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Fold in raisins, nuts and oranges. Chill.
