SPOTSONS 
1/3 lb. bacon, fried crisp and chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped

DROP NOODLES:

2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
2 half shells water
1/2 tsp. salt

Enough flour to make a batter that drops off spoon in a slow stream. Dribble this into a kettle of salted boiling water. When noodles are done, drain well and place on a shallow dish, cover with green onions. Heat the bacon and grease until very hot and pour over the onions and noodles. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Enjoy!
