POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix (no pudding in mix) 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. pkg.) 4 eggs 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sherry 1/2 c. poppy seeds 1 tsp. almond extract Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a greased bundt or tube pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (a little longer if it appears not completely set). Cool for 10-15 minutes and remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. |
