POLISH ZUR 
1 sm. can sauerkraut
1 or more slices of pork steak
6 sm. potatoes
Salt & pepper
2 cans water

Boil sauerkraut, juice, water, salt and pepper about 20 minutes to half an hour. Cut meat in small pieces. Brown meat thoroughly. Drain off fat. Rinse pan with water from the boiled kraut, scraping with spoon to mix up meat particles. Pour this into soup. Add meat. Potatoes should be boiled extra and then cut up in small pieces and put into soup. Thicken to desired consistency.
