MARINATED CARROTS 
4 lb. carrots
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar (can substitute artificial sweetener)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
Onions
Peppers

Mix together oil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and celery seed. Peel carrots and cut into sticks. Cook in water in covered boiler until firm and done. Drain; pour mixture over carrots, slice onions and peppers over carrots. Place in container and refrigerate overnight. Will keep in refrigerator.
